Easiest homemade enchilada sauce recipe

It’s incredibly easy and budget friendly to make your own enchilada sauce!  This simple recipe is ready in under 20 minutes and you are in control of every single ingredient that goes into your recipe!

I wish I was a person who made homemade condiments for every meal.  I know of people who make their own mayonnaise, ketchup, ranch dressing, etc.  I’m just not one of those people!  BUT this enchilada sauce?  SO simple and budget friendly – I haven’t bought canned enchilada sauce in years!  Chances are, you already have the ingredients on hand in your kitchen too.
