Ingredients
- 1.5 cups walnuts
- 1 cup rolled oats (make sure they're certified Gluten Free to make this a true Gluten Free recipe)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 TBSP chia seeds (optional)

Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
-
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
-
Spread onto a baking tray covered with parchment paper
-
Keep "clumps" of granola together when cooking, so you can enjoy larger chunks in your granola when you eat it. Don't spread it too thin!
-
Cook for 20 minutes at 325. Then stir the granola.
-
Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes. Don't overcook it, but make sure it gets a little roasty!
