Combine flour and salt in a large bowl
Add warm water, yeast, and oil in a 2 cup measuring cup and stir. Let rest 5 minutes until foamy on top.
Add wet ingredients to flour mixture. Mix with hands until combined or with a hand mixer. Add flour 1 Tbs at a time if too sticky until easy to handle. Knead for 10 minutes (by hand or in mixer). Let rest at least 5 minutes.
Roll out dough into a circular shape onto your baking sheet or stone
Poke all over with a fork (so the crust doesn't get too puffy)
Spray lightly with oil, and then bake at 450 degrees for 5-7 minutes (with no toppings)
Take the pizza crust out and add your toppings of choice - then bake for 13-15 more minutes.
