Easy homemade whipped cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 TBSP sugar you can also use honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Place mixing bowl and beaters in freezer for at least 20 minutes.

  2. Combine ingredients in chilled bowl.  Whisk on HIGH speed until it starts turning to the consistency of whipped cream.

  3. Do NOT overbeat, or it will turn into butter.
